Note for Customers in Germany
The Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act (ElektroG) is the German version of the EU-wide WEEE Directive governing the sale, take-back, and environmentally sound disposal of electronic products. As a distributor with an electrical sales or storage area of 400 square meters or more, we are obligated to take back old devices.
When you purchase a new electrical appliance in the Kleine Wolke online shop, we will take back your old appliance of the same type free of charge. After placing your order, you can simply return it to us at no cost. To do so, please contact our customer service team.
