Accessibility information

Below we explain how our digital offering on kleinewolke.com can be used by people with limitations and disabilities and where we will further improve accessibility.

Applicable requirements

In Germany, the requirements for accessibility for services arise from the Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG) and the associated ordinance. The aim is to provide digital offerings in such a way that people with disabilities can find, access, and use them in the generally customary manner, without particular difficulty and, as a rule, without outside help.

Description of the service

kleinewolke.com is an online shop in which products are offered for sale. Products can be found via navigation and search. We provide information about products in text, image, and video form.

During the ordering process, products can be placed in the shopping basket, delivery and payment details can be entered, and the order can be completed. We also provide information on shipping, returns, and customer service.

Ways to use our services

It matters to us that as many people as possible can use kleinewolke.com with few barriers. In design and further development, we follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, conformance level AA.

Status of compatibility: According to our current internal assessment, our online shop is partly accessible. We are continually working to identify and reduce barriers.

Perceivability

We make sure that content remains usable even when displayed at a larger size and that information is not conveyed by colour alone. Images and graphic content are provided with text alternatives where it makes sense, so that assistive technologies can capture the content.

Operability

We are working to ensure that key functions (navigation, search, shopping basket, forms at checkout) can also be operated by keyboard and that the keyboard focus remains easy to follow. Interactive elements should be large enough and easy to reach.

Understandability

We strive for clear, easy-to-understand texts, consistent terms, and navigation that is easy to follow. Error messages and notes in forms should be designed to help with correcting entries.

Robustness

Our goal is compatibility with common browsers as well as assistive technologies (e.g. screen readers). To this end, we take recognised technical standards into account and regularly check key user journeys.

Alternative ways of use

If you encounter barriers when using kleinewolke.com or need help with the ordering process, we will be happy to help you (e.g. with product selection, ordering, or returns) via our contact channels.

Feedback and reporting barriers

Feedback matters to us. If you notice barriers or have problems using the site, please contact us with a brief description and—if possible—the affected page (link/URL) and the device/browser you are using.
