To manufacture your Bath mat to fit perfectly and according to your wishes, we need a template. Creating one is simple and can be done in just a few steps.

First, prepare a sturdy sheet of paper in a sufficient size. For especially large formats, you can tape several sheets of paper together so that they fit precisely.
- Then draw the outer contour of the desired Bath mat onto the paper. After that, cut out the template exactly along the contour and check whether it fits perfectly in the intended area.
- If your Bath mat is to have a custom design or pattern, draw it directly onto the template. Make sure that the individual color areas are clearly separated from one another and easy to identify.
- Enter the desired color number from our color palette in each color area. This allows us to reproduce your design exactly.
- Please note: For bath mats made according to a template, only a pile height of 25 mm is possible.

As soon as your template is ready, simply submit it to your local specialist retailer. From that point on, Kleine Wolke will take care of all the remaining steps for you.
- We check the cut, the technical feasibility, and all details, and then determine the final price.
- If any questions arise during this process, we will contact your specialist retailer. If necessary, they will clarify any open points directly with you.
- Your template is then digitized and forwarded to our production team. There, we manufacture your custom Bath mat exactly in the desired shape and the specified colors.
- The finished Bath mat is delivered to your specialist retailer. The delivery time for a custom template order is approximately 6 weeks.
