Terms and conditions for prize draws
- The prize draw is a limited-time promotion run by the Kleine Wolke Textilgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG.
- Anyone may take part who completes the task stated in the post by the date and time stated in the post. Note: Your chances of winning do not increase if you comment more than once.
- Eligible to take part are private individuals aged 18 or over who live in Germany.
- The winner will be chosen at random after the prize draw ends.
- The winner will then be notified by direct message via Instagram or Facebook. If the winner does not respond within a period of 3 days, the prize will be drawn again among all participants.
- The prize will be sent by post. Delivery of the prize is free of charge. By taking part in the prize draw, the winners expressly agree that Kleine Wolke will store the data required for shipping for the duration of the prize draw. After the prize draw has ended, all data will be deleted without delay.
- The Instagram or Facebook names of all participants will be recorded and stored solely for the purpose of determining the winner. All data will be deleted no later than 30 days after the prize draw ends.
- This prize draw is not connected with Instagram/Facebook in any way and is not sponsored, supported, or organised by Instagram/Facebook in any way.
