To ensure your bath mat fits perfectly and meets your specifications, you'll need a template. Creating one is simple and can be done in just a few steps.

First, prepare a sturdy piece of paper of sufficient size. For particularly large formats, you can glue several pieces of paper together to ensure a precise fit.
- Next, draw the outer outline of the desired bath mat onto the paper. Then cut out the template precisely along the outline and check if it fits perfectly into the intended area.
- If you want your bath mat to have a custom design or pattern, draw it directly onto the stencil. Make sure that the individual colored areas are clearly defined and easily identifiable.
- Enter the desired color number from our color palette in each color field. This will allow us to implement your design exactly.
- Please note: For bath mats made using a template, only a pile height of 25 mm is possible.
From stencil to unique bath mat
From stencil to unique bath mat
Once your stencil is finished, simply hand it in to your local retailer. From that point on, Kleine Wolke will take care of all the remaining steps for you.
- We check the dimensions, the technical feasibility, and all details, and then determine the final price.
- Should any questions arise, we will contact your specialist retailer. They will clarify any open points directly with you if necessary.
- Your template is then digitized and forwarded to our production department. There, we manufacture your custom bath mat exactly in the desired shape and specified colors.
- The finished bath mat will be delivered to your retailer. Delivery time for custom-made mats is approximately 6 weeks.
