A shower blind combines the advantages of a classic shower curtain with particularly space-saving storage. After showering, the curtain is simply rolled up into the cassette and disappears almost invisibly beneath the ceiling. This keeps the bathroom tidy and protects the curtain when it is not needed.

Shower blinds are a practical solution, especially in small bathrooms, guest toilets, or rented apartments, as they take up hardly any space while still providing reliable splash protection.

A shower roller blind works very simply: It consists of a water-repellent curtain that is rolled up in a cassette. For showering, the curtain is simply rolled down and positioned at the edge of the bathtub or shower. After use and drying, it can be rolled up again to save space.

Our shower roller blinds feature a magnetic weighted tape in the lower hem. This ensures that the curtain hangs straight and helps keep splashing water reliably within the shower area.

The open cassette also supports air circulation and makes it easier for the material to dry after showering.

Kleine Wolke offers you various shower blinds. There are:

• A single empty cassette for a shower blind Shower curtain with a width of 128 cm, which you can additionally purchase as you wish.
  
• Individual shower blind curtains in two different sizes (128 cm and 53 cm) - without an empty cassette. These are intended to replace your existing Kleine Wolke shower blind curtains.
  
• Corner shower blind complete sets including an empty cassette and shower blind curtains in wide (128 cm) and short (53 cm).

Please note: If you have not yet installed a shower blind, order an empty cassette at the same time.

Whether a shower blind or a Shower curtain is the better choice depends on individual requirements.

A classic Shower curtain can be replaced quickly and is available in many designs. However, a shower rod for drilling or clamping is often required. Especially in small bathrooms, a Shower curtain can quickly take up too much space.

A shower blind, on the other hand, offers additional advantages:

The appropriate width of a shower blind depends on the size of the shower or bathtub. The shower blind should cover the shower area so that splashing water is reliably contained.

Shower blinds that are between 120 and 140 cm wide are therefore suitable for bathtubs. Our shower blinds have an ideal width of 128 cm.

For corner shower blinds in bathtubs, models with one long and one additional narrow side panel are particularly suitable, as they provide extended splash protection. You will, of course, also find these in our range.

Our shower roller blinds are mounted to the ceiling using a drill. The advantage of this is that the empty cassette is securely fixed to the ceiling.

Once the empty cassette is attached to the ceiling, the shower roller blind curtain is simply inserted into the empty cassette.

The operating cord can be fitted on either the left or the right side.

Vinyl shower blinds cannot be cleaned in the washing machine.

For a long service life, hand cleaning with mild cleaning agents is recommended.

After showering, the shower blind should be left fully extended to dry. The cassette, which is open at the bottom, supports air circulation and promotes quick drying of the material. This significantly reduces the formation of moisture and mold.
