Terms and Conditions for Competitions
- The sweepstakes is a limited-time campaign by Kleine Wolke Textilgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG.
- Any person who completes the task stated in the post by the date and time specified in the post may participate. Please note: Your chances of winning do not increase if you comment multiple times.
- Eligible participants are private individuals aged 18 and over who reside in Germany.
- The winner will be selected at random after the end of the sweepstakes.
- The winner will then be informed via direct message on Instagram or Facebook. If the winner does not respond within a period of 3 days, the prize will be drawn again among all participants.
- The prize will be sent by post. Delivery of the prize is free of charge. By participating in the sweepstakes, the winners expressly agree that Kleine Wolke will store the data required for shipping for the duration of the sweepstakes. After the sweepstakes has ended, all data will be deleted immediately.
- The Instagram or Facebook names of all participants will be recorded and stored exclusively for the purpose of determining the winner. All data will be deleted no later than 30 days after the end of the sweepstakes.
- This sweepstakes is in no way connected with Instagram/Facebook and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or organized by Instagram/Facebook.
